Chief Executive Officer
Heather Hochrein is a cleantech leader who is driven to create a just and equitable clean energy economy. She brings over twelve years of experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy, electric utilities, and climate policy. She previously held senior leadership roles at Rising Sun Energy Center, where she managed utility-funded energy efficiency and workforce development programs. She holds a B.S. from UC Berkeley and a master's in Environmental Science and Management from UC Santa Barbara.
Product Manager & Customer Strategist
William Truesdell has spearheaded electric vehicle charging work for over four years, working closely with industry leaders and organizations, customers, partners, electricity providers, and affiliates to increase EV charging access for everyone. William now leads product development at EVmatch, and has experience in political, non-profit, and state government arenas. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Sales Operations
& Customer Experience Specialist
Prasala Tuladhar is passionate about sustainability and environmental education outreach. She supports EVmatch's site host onboarding process, and ensures customer and technical success. She has experience in data analysis, water quality research, and customer service. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Queens College, City University of New York (CUNY).
Operations Manager
Vishala Kumar brings over 12 years of experience in business development, operations, sales and marketing, event planning, and team building to EVmatch. Having worked in the healthcare, tech, and non-profit verticals, she is passionate about giving back to the community and creating sustainability in the workplace. Vishala holds an MS in Molecular Genetics from the University of Leicester and her mantra is “make it count!”
Software Engineering Consultant
Greg Carr joins as a full-stack software engineering consultant. He has also worked recently with Stylindex, a creative resourcing aggregator for major fashion brands, as well as The Style Club, a Mark Cuban backed startup featured on Shark Tank. His work ranges from supporting environmental non-profits to leading digital activations for Apple, Google, Disney, and Acura. With over a decade of working with wide-ranging industries, Greg brings a unique combination of software development and user experience design to EVmatch.

Alena Dagneau has been a software engineer for more than 10 years and enjoys bringing UX-friendly designs to life. She loves all things GraphQL, React and sustainability, which is why the EVmatch mission is so close at heart. That and her cat.

Kevin Wu is a full-stack software developer who enjoys being challenged by engineering problems. Kevin leads EVmatch's database design and integrations with EV supply equipment. In addition to EVmatch, he is working on financial systems and developing data analysis software that supports financial audits. When he is not behind a computer, he is usually outdoors on his electric skateboard.
Sales & Partnerships Lead
Amber Kutchi has a passion for clean energy and creating a better world for future generations. After attending Northern Arizona University for Environmental Science, she found that she was driven to change the way we use energy so she landed her first job out of college in sales and marketing for a solar company. She continues to be passionate and driven to help customers find the best solution in her role as Sales and Partnerships Lead at EVmatch.
Customer Experience Specialist
Michelle Matidios has crafted her customer service and tech support skills over the course of the last decade solving problems and creating happy customers in a wide range of industries including ecommerce, telecom, digital marketing, and web hosting. Outside of work, Michelle is passionate about freediving and volunteers in coastal cleanup drives organized by local freediver groups.

Damien Gresham is a full-stack engineer with over eight years of experience working in sports, renewable energy, and SAAS verticals. He is passionate about using systems thinking to create scalable systems and processes. Damien holds a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Kelly Sarber is founder and CEO of Strategic Management Group, a consultancy operating at the nexus of the environment, energy, and waste. Kelly brings decades of experience developing companies through the value chain alongside private equity companies and strategic corporations. During her career, Sarber has developed over $5Bil in asset value. As an early investor in EVmatch, she plans to leverage her highly engaged network of relationships to grow the company's platform via stakeholders, utilities, regulators, financiers, and corporate customers.

Dave Felix is a car geek who has spent his career developing and financing clean energy infrastructure projects. He is currently a VP at MMA Energy Capital. Before MMA, Dave worked at Tesla on the Supercharger team. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara's Bren School and has a background in Mechanical Engineering.

Matthew Burks is the Chief Strategy Officer at E Source where he specializes in the transformation of energy markets through technology and the evolution of electric and gas utilities. Matthew is also a department chair for the Energy Fellows Institute. Matt holds an MA in environmental management from Duke University, Nicholas School of the Environment, and a BA from Cornell University.

Claire Dooley is an environmental technology leader who is currently leading data strategy and implementation at Vestas in Denmark. Claire was previously the Director of Analytics at Greenlots, a global provider of open standards-based electric vehicle charging and energy management solutions. She has worked in clean technology development for organizations including EVgo, Apple, the University of California, Energy Solutions, and Deloitte Consulting. Claire holds a master's in Energy and Climate from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

A solar owner and EV driver since 2013, Jeff Pickett leads sustainability product marketing for Pure Storage and is an avid startup investor and advisor. Beyond tech, he has worked in environmental services, finance, and arts and entertainment. Jeff was born and raised in Oregon and earned his undergraduate degree from Yale, an MFA in film production from USC, and an MBA from Wharton.nction. He lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and three children, and his Zen place is cycling up steep mountain roads.

Gary Fox is an electrical engineer and product manager who has built networking and image processing products. Currently he's solving new transportation problems at Motional working on autonomous driving behaviors as a senior product manager. Gary has experience from time at Bosch automotive and Sonos. He holds a masters in Electrical Engineering from UCSB.

Prior to Lola, Jenn served as the VP, Global Commercial Operations for KAYAK.com.
