While much of driving for most everybody is predictable commuting, sometimes one needs to get off the beaten track. Until now, for EV drivers, that often presented a challenge at best, and a complete roadblock at worst.

For most businesses, installing an electric vehicle (EV) charging station will be a unique project. As exciting as it is to provide charging solutions for residents, employees, or customers, it can be fairly challenging throughout the job.

Last week, public officials including Texas Governor Greg Abbott blamed widespread power outages in his state on wind and solar energy, stating on Fox News that “Our wind and our solar got shut down, and they were collectively more than 10 percent of our power grid, and that thrust Texas into a situation where it was lacking power on a statewide basis. … It just shows that fossil fuel is necessary.”
